Wine lists and wine menus may be furnished, given, rented, loaned or sold to retail licensees. Manufacturers/importers and retail licensees may share the cost of producing the wine lists or menus. Prices, as determined by the retail licensee, may be preprinted. Wine lists and drink lists are considered permanent inside signs and are subject to the current dollar limit of $6,000 (effective August 14, 2018) per retail licensee in use at any one (1) time for all point-of-sale materials falling under the definition of permanent inside signs. Table tents are considered to be temporary inside signs, and are subject to the current dollar limit of $1,000 (effective August 14, 2018 per retail licensee at any one time for all point-of-sale materials falling under the definition of temporary inside signs. 15.12.1 Wine Lists Permitted. 15.12.1 Wine Lists Permitted. 15.12.2 Drink Lists Lists are permitted which include beverages other than wine; i.e., distilled spirits, beer, soft drinks, etc. 15.12.3 Table Tents Permitted. The total value of wine lists, drink lists and/or table tents given to any one (1) licensee in a calendar year may not exceed $150.00. Moreover, the products of the supplier furnishing the lists may not be singled out or distinguished from the products of other suppliers on the wine list or table tent. Delaware regulations do not specifically address what is permitted, but simply state that suppliers may not engage in any practices not permitted by the Federal Alcohol Administration Act.
