2.1 Company Licenses/Permits Note: Refer to Section 14, Direct Shipments to Consumers and/or Retailers for more details (wine only). 15.16.1 Entertainment of Retailers The Arkansas statutes and regulations are silent on this issue. Therefore, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) guidelines and your company policy should apply. 15.16.2 Gifts to Retailers Gifts and services to retailers by suppliers and/or manufacturers are prohibited, except for those that are specifically allowed under rules and regulations promulgated by the Alcoholic Beverages Control Division.
