A distilled spirits supplier or its representative may offer sample tastings on the premises of a state liquor store under the following conditions: No fee may be charged for sample tasting. Sample sizes may not exceed one-quarter of one ounce (0.25 oz) of alcoholic liquor. Samples may be mixed with another alcoholic liquor or nonalcoholic beverage. The maximum number of samples allowed shall not exceed three (3) samples per person in any twenty-four (24) hour period. Samples may be served only by persons twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
